You aren't lazy...and you aren't failing.
As a neurodivergent parent, business owner and coach myself - I know that ADHD business owners, freelancers, those seeking fractional careers and employees need more than standard coaching approaches.
Championing
We need more than just support, we need someone fighting in our corner who believes we are truly capable of the greatness we seek.
Understanding
We need to know how our brain works, stop fighting it and start functioning on our own unique path. Not more gas lighting.
Strategy
We need sustainable, individual and flexible solutions to the challenges we face that actually drives progress. Not misguided advice.
Stop fighting your own brain.
By now you have likely heard of masking, procrastination and task-paralysis...
...and with a lifetime of criticism at your back - from outside and within, you've been locked in a self-motivation battle for longer than you remember.Â
Â
Your business could thrive, you have a fantastic idea...
Â
Except you are trying to make your brain work in ways it was never designed to, it grinds your gears and slows you down.Â
I get it, I've lived it.
It's time to try a way that works for your ADHD brain.
Getting started doesn't need to be overwhelming.
I offer free clarity calls, guidance on Access to Work applications if needed and simple packages of ADHD semi-directive coaching sessions designed to help you succeed at work, in business, at home and everywhere in between.
Choose a Plan
Whether you need a quick obstacle fix, a full mindset overhaul or a champion in your back pocket - I have options to offer you either in person or over video chat.
Leaving Coaching
When we finish our sessions, you will be left with an ongoing support plan - tools we have developed together to build confidence and reduce overwhelm over time.
Â
ADHD Coaching
is an opportunity
Â
It can help with all of this:
Â
Focus, follow-through, and task initiation
Planning, prioritising, and time blindness
Overwhelm, shutdown, and burnout prevention
Boundaries, workload management, and energy pacing
Communication, meetings, and navigating workplace expectations
Self-advocacy and asking for adjustments with confidence
Â
But mostly it's about recognising the patterns we're stuck in.
Â
Ever watched movies like Encanto and felt a bit too seen?
The pressure to keep going when we are overwhelmed - 'Drip drip drip that'll never stop...' Us ADHD'ers are very capable but often ask a lot of ourselves or let others do the same!
'What can you do when you are deeply, madly, truly in the moment?' - Wouldn't it be epic to shirk other peoples expectations, follow that hyperfocus instead of berating yourself for time blindness, but then also leaning in to recovery later without shame?
Those songs hit different when you have ADHD. They capture feelings most of us have carried for years — the weight of expectations, the need to perform, the fear of letting people down.
The truth is, we are living with the influence of the masses on our shoulders and very few of us get the pleasure of truly knowing what we can be capable of when we break the mould and live life in accordance with who we truly are.
Wanna know what that feels like?

Why choose me?
I’m a qualified ADHD coach and I’ve completed an ADHD coaching course accredited by the Association for Coaching and Universal Coaching Alliance.
I’m also ADHD myself (and likely autistic). I’m a parent to two neurodivergent children, and I’ve supported neurodivergent clients for the past 8 years through my work offering business strategy support.
My coaching is neuro-affirming and practical. I’ll meet you where you are, listen properly, and help you create sustainable strategies that work in real life — not perfect-life — with energy pacing, flexibility and self-compassion built in.
Neurodivergent Family Coaching & Education Choices AdvocacyÂ
Â
I am also super passionate about supporting families who are navigating children not OK at school - including guidance on education advocacy, deschooling, child-led education practises, family values alignment and home education. You can listen to my podcast or read more on my blog at www.bighomeedpodcast.com.
One thing I care about deeply is making sure this work doesn’t fall on just one parent. Where multiple adults are involved in raising a child, I support families to build a shared understanding and a unified approach to neurodivergence, education, and day-to-day life — including involving children where appropriate.
I’m currently opening two case study spaces while I complete further professional development in this area: 6 free family coaching sessions in exchange for permission to share anonymised learning as a sensitive case study on my website. Please enquire if you’re interested.
