I offer 1:1 coaching whether privately funded or through Access to Work, I can also offer family coaching supporting all adults involved in raising your young people.

My coaching services are ideal for self employed or employed individuals at any level as you navigate challenges centred in your experience at work or in life as an ADHD individual. 

I am passionate about supporting people to find sustainable systems that works with their ADHD in a neuro-affirming way. I will help you to recognise where self compassion and acceptance is needed and where we can build scaffolds to help you achieve your goals - whatever they may be. 

If you are applying for an Access to Work grant, they will let you know how much they are willing to pay per ADHD coaching session. The amount for this varies so please do reach out regardless of what they offer per session. 

Privately, it often makes sense to work in blocks of a minimum of 6 fortnightly sessions to allow us to build on progress, this is priced at £547 and can be paid in instalments. I do also offer a free 30 minute clarity call.

If you are applying for an Access to Work grant, they will often fully fund ADHD coaching. If you book a clarity call with me I let you know how to go about applying for the grant. 

I do offer a free 30 minute clarity call and have 1 slot a week open to individuals on a low income or who would otherwise struggle to access coaching. In exchange for a testimonial and for me to be able to use our sessions as a case study on my website, I may be able to offer 6 free coaching sessions. This is on a first come first served basis and spaces are limited, so there may be a waiting list. You can apply for this by booking a call and completing this google form.
